Creamy Tomato, Bacon, Mushroom, Pasta with Parmesan and Basil




I poured olive oil in a saucepan and added the garlic and softened. Next, I added a can of diced tomatoes and various spices.(oregano, fresh basil, onion powder, salt and pepper) I cooked bacon in another pan then drained grease. I used that skillet to cook mushrooms slightly. 1/2 cup of chicken stock was added to red sauce, then 2 T. of cream cheese. Crumble bacon in the pot and server over spaghetti. Serve with fresh Parmesan Cheese. Then add ribbons of fresh basil on top.
