Breakfast Smoothie



I put in 1 scoop of Protein Powder, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats, 10 ounces of  2% milk , vanilla and a few ice cubes in my Ninja blender. This is a satisfying breakfast in a hurry.
