Breakfast Casserole

3/4 loaf of french bread cubed
maple bacon cooked and diced
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar shredded cheese
8 eggs beaten
2 c. buttermilk
salt and pepper
fontina cheese for the top.

9 x 13 baking dish, coat lightly with oil or spay. Layer all ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
