Roasted Golden Beets drizzled with brown butter & sage



Drizzle beets with grapeseed oil, salt & pepper. Broil beets for about an hour.. Tent with foil for the first 30 min. Turn beets 1/2 way through roasting. Uncover and continue roasting until tender. Serve with butter and sage, salt & pepper.
