Salmon on a bed of Spinach with Mac & Cheese

I made the cheese sauce with butter, flour, 1/2 and 1/2, Gouda Cheese, American Cheese, and Parmesan. Salt and Pepper. I seared the Spinach and the Salmon in a cast iron skillet.
