The Rosenmunnar Cookie recipe I found on Allrecipes.com. It is a very simple cookie recipe and quite delicious. Cream 1 cup butter with one half cup of sugar until smooth. Sift 2 cups of all purpose flour and add to creamed mixture. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten dough ball and make a dent, then add a small dab of jelly or jam. We also used Carmel dip as one of the fillings.
