Sausage, Poached egg with Hollandaise Sauce on an English Muffin & a sliced tomato


I found the Hollandaise recipe on foodnetwork.com, by Tyler Florence. I poached the eggs in simmering water with a splash of vinegar in the water. The sausage was Swaggety's links. The tomato, Campari.
