Bacon, Poached Egg, Hollandaise Sauce on French Bread


I whipped 4 egg yolks in a stainless bowl, 1/2 lemon squeezed & added to yolks. Continue with whisking over a pot of boiling water. Slowly incorporate 1 stick of  melted butter, salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper. This sauce was served over bacon, a poached egg, on top of toasted french bread.
