I used an Arm Roast, carrots, onion, potato, celery seed, 8 c. of water, crushed tomatoes ,frozen corn, red pepper, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley, rosemary, 1 head of garlic, mushrooms, half cup of red wine and cabbage.
I cubed the arm roast and browned in a little olive oil. Meat was lightly coated with flower and Essence before browning. Then add water and 2 bay leaves. Simmer on low for one hour before adding rest of the ingredients.
